Cynthia Bruketa

Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Engineering Physics) from the University of Saskatchewan. As VP of Engineering at INSA Integra, she leads the engineering function and oversees the full bid response lifecycle, from technical solutioning through proposal content development and final submission. She consistently bridges technical and business requirements, translating complex concepts into clear, procurement-ready language that evaluators can quickly understand and value, supporting INSA Integra’s strong bid win rate.

In the community, Cynthia is a dedicated STEM advocate. For more than 10 years, she has promoted student participation in robotics competitions by coaching teams, mentoring students, judging events, and organizing and running tournaments.
