Tim Kim

Tim brings more than 25 years of experience in networking, telecommunications, and enterprise technology, supporting public sector, education, and enterprise organizations across Ontario and Canada.

As a Sales Director at INSA Integra, Tim leads strategic engagements focused on security, SASE, SD-WAN, and wireless networking. He partners with executive and IT leadership teams to design scalable, future-ready infrastructure aligned with long-term business goals.

Previously at the Ontario Research and Innovation Optical Network (ORION), Tim drove double-digit annual revenue growth while building strategic partnerships and supporting provincial ministry initiatives. His earlier experience at Bell Canada managing top-tier carrier and ISP accounts exceeding $200 million annually, combined with his background in network engineering, gives him both commercial and technical depth.

Tim is known for his consultative, trusted-advisor approach, helping organizations modernize infrastructure and make confident, value-driven technology decisions.
